YLC is
an organization that uses the experience of former military and civilian leaders
and the time proven leadership principles of old, to teach troubled and
non-troubled youth What leadership really means. We at YLC feel that leadership
is not engrained into one’s DNA when you are born. Leadership is taught and
taught again, tooled and re-tooled. YLC
is the key for a lot of young leaders. (whether they know it or not we
all are potential leaders with the right guidance) Therefore it is our goal to
furnish our communities with young men and women as well as adults that
are highly motivated and disciplined individuals, Who have a sense of duty and
honor to their Parents, Communities, Learning environments and to themselves.
Too many of our young leadershave no role models in there lives and TV is not
the answer, the answer is Local leaders dealing with local problems, not some over paid athlete
or TV star. We will teach the elements of leadership such as ,Bearing, Courage,
Initiative, Tact, Patriotism, Honor, Loyalty, decisiveness, Unselfishness,
Integrity and many other traits we feel are necessary to become a respected
members of this, or any community.
YLC will venture to transform some of
this nations injudicious youths to productive and promising citizens. Our
leadership staff are all proven leaders with years and years of experience,
retiring from the military and other jobs did not dampen our desire to look out
after our future, which are our children and young adults. We will transform our
young men and women into leaders of tomorrow analogous to the “Great Generation”
of times gone by. Leadership is alive and well in America,The morals and values
you thought we gone, are here in YLC. We will do our best to instill them into
tomorrow’s leaders today. So we ask YOU to come join US and watch the transition
of a lifetime, and tell our future leaders :
”your future depends
on many things, but it mostly depends on you…”
