Y.L.C is an organization that can empower youths, young adults, individuals, communities and organizations with young men and woman that understand that honor, integrity, commitment, truthfulness, justice, judgment, dependability initiative, decisiveness, tact, enthusiasm, bearing, courage, knowledge, loyalty, endurance and faith are some of the most important traits of leadership as well as life. The leadership of Y. L. C will not only teach these values, "We will live, what they teach" each and every day. We understand that leadership is taught by words as well as deeds. Most of our leadership staff are former military officers and non-commissioned officers who have a proven record of accomplishments. each member of out staff as well as our Youth Leaders will receive a small stipend as a reward for keeping the high standards, that bring credit upon themselves and this organization. In a time when everything seems to have changed , it is nice to know that leadership has not and you can be assured that Youth Leadership Corps Inc. will be the vanguard of that noble and longstanding tradition of Leadership.
