BOARD OF
DIRECTORS (B.O.D) (POLICY MAKERS) |
It will be the sole responsibility of this body to monitor, recommend promotion and punishment for command grade officers, guide, and recommend, strategies for future growth and revenue generation for this organization, it will take 2/3 majority vote to implement any policy or change of policy by the Y.C.C (youth corps commander) |

Youth Corps Commander
|
Responsible for day to day operations of corps, all commanders, membership , associated personnel are directly responsible to the Y.C.C, answers to board of directors |
|
LEADERSHIP COMMANDER |
Same as Y.C.C, answers “only to y.c.c and board of directors” |
|
Training |
Institute training programs, physical as well academic ,s.o.p’s for squad leadership, and squad accountability |
|
Personnel |
Applications, clothing requests, personnel issues, promotions, demotions, awards ect.; |
|
Logistics
|
Secure transportation, vehicles, permanent as well as temporary facilities And all other necessary supplies for the organization. |
|
Recruitment |
Secure applicants, interview prospective candidates for YLC, visit schools, churches and other public quarters. |
|
Financial |
It will be the duty and responsibility of this section to secure financial support from local., national and from any and all sources of funding available either in-kind donations or pecuniary contributions.

Youth Leaders Council of Justice (Y.L.C.O.J) |
It is the duty of this section with co-operation and supervision of senior leadership command, to construct rules of discipline, standards of conduct, set fines as well as the Code of Conduct, define Punishment, Expulsion rules and all disciplinary standards |
|
Community Service
|
It is the duty of this section to co-ordinate with local community groups, i.e., neighborhood associations, council on aging, homeless shelters, nursing homes ect; to provide volunteer services to this organizations, along with logistics command |
